Ahlan Wa Sahlan Ya Ramadhan!


Intro

Alhamdulillah, just settle performing first day of terawikh at Masjid Al-Qurtubi, very near from my house.
This year I really hope this terawikh will be my last terawikh as single bachelor person. I wish to perform terawikh with Joe after this.
Thought it will happen by this year .. but ... maybe we both dont have rezeki yet ... I need to wait ...

Masjid Al-Qurtubi

I fail to grab any jubah this year due to not suit to my tastes. I prefer jubah like this, but cannot find at any shop at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman.





I appreciate the modern style of jubah nowadays but i still love the vintage and classic design of jubah. Not to modern, not to over injection of style, the material must be not hot (either 100% cotton, Cotton Egyptian, Lycra or Cotton Sateen), not invisible and simple. Yet, tak semestinya warna hitam.

This Ramadhan also, I wish to ;
1) Eat less during breakfast
2) Eat some during lunch (after perform terawikh)
3) Eat more during dinner (sahur)

For breakfast, I will practise take dates and Herbalife shake F1. Before that, need to take 1L of plain water.
For moreh (lunch), I will eat something like oats, mushroom soup or any light food. To make sure I sleep without feel hungry. Drink 1L of Herbalife tea mix, 1L of plain water.



For dinner (sahur), I will wakeup about 4 o'clock, drink 1L plain water. By 4.30a.m, I will take Herbalife shake F1 mixed with 7 dates. The dates will be blend together to maintain my energy for whole days. 30 minutes after that, I will drink 1L of Herbalife tea mix.

Total per day 3L of plain water, 2L of mix tea.

I bought Sunsweet dates, I love this one because its dried dates. My housemate, both of them choose Yusuf Taiyyob ;D
