morning: 1 slice beyazpeynir, 1 slice of bread, tomato, cucumber, pepper, and sugar-free tea.
Lunch: 150 gr. meat, poultry, or 200 gr. grilled fish, salads (1 tbsp olive oil and lemon).
Afternoon: 1 shelled apples.
